Familyy Farms is committed to customer satisfaction. Due to the perishable nature of our products, the following policies apply:
1. Meat & Livestock Packages

Orders cannot be returned once the animal is processed or slaughtered.

Refunds are offered only in cases of service failure, such as missed delivery or incorrect order, after verification.
2. Dairy Products

Refunds or replacements are available if milk is delivered spoiled or not as promised.

Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
3. How to Request a Refund

Contact us via Email or WhatsApp with order details and issue description.

Our team will verify and respond within 24–48 hours.
4. Exceptions

Refunds are not available due to change of mind after delivery.

Late claims or improper storage issues may not be eligible for a refund.
